OUR INTERMODAL TRANSPORT OUTLINE

  •   Germany
  •   France
  •   Belgium
  •   England
  •   Holland

The most basic combinations we have used are as follows;

  • Highway + RO-RO + Railroad
  • Highway + Railroad
The final destination of the cargo, how urgent it is, seasonal and economic factors determine which model to use.

In the traditional road transport between Istanbul and Hamburg, approximately 2500 km of roads are made. However, the kilometer made by road with the intermodal transportation method is only 150 km. As a result, fossil fuel consumption is reduced and carbon emissions are reduced.

ADVANTAGES OF INTERMODAL TRANSPORTATION;

  • Offers reliable transit time.
  • Compared to the highway, it is less affected by external factors (Border Crossing Density & Traffic).
  • It offers more competitive prices compared to other transportation models.
  • It is minimally dependent on the human factor.
  • It is safe.
  • It is environmentalist.
